The 90-Day Writing Workshop

You are not blocked by ideas.
You are blocked by finishing.
Most people who sense something is wrong with the modern world do one of two things:1. They consume more explanations of it
2. They talk about it endlessly.
Neither produces anything. In this workshop you will produce work that did not exist before in 90 days.
Not drafts you keep revising in private.
Not ideas you half-develop and abandon.
Actual finished writing: published and under your name.

€1,500 | 90 days | Limited to 10 people.

about the workshop

what is this?

This is not a course, not a cohort, and also not a content program. It is a writing workshop in its original sense:A small group of serious people producing work under a shared standard, in real time. The work is done directly. Nothing is observed passively, and everything produced is reviewed. You write. It is reviewed. It is corrected. It is refined until it holds.

the transformation

What changes in 90 days?

By the end of this workshop, you will have either:12 published essays
or
3 completed book chapters
Not fragments or unfinished drafts. But finished work that exists in the real world. The difference between someone who 'has an idea in their head' and someone who has a publication in their hands is not talent...It is structure, pressure, and 90 days of not abandoning your craft.

why your writing fails

The problem this solves

Most writing fails at the same point:Which is not at the idea stage, but at the finishing stage.Work starts easily... only for it to collapse quietly halfway through...This happens because no one reads your work closely enough. No one holds it to a standard... So it never becomes real...

the process

How the work is done

Each week, you bring your pages. It is read line by line. Not for encouragement, but for structure, clarity, and truth.Where it is vague, it is named.
Where it is weak, it is cut.
Where it holds, it is strengthened.
You leave each round knowing exactly what must change.

What you receive...

01
A weekly group call

You bring work. It is reviewed directly. The standard is applied in real time.

02
Direct access throughout

When the work stalls, you don’t wait seven days. You get a clear answer on what is wrong and what to do next.

03
A small group under one standard

Only ten people. No spectators. Everyone is accountable to the same standard.

04
Writing in public

You publish as you go. Short-form or essays depending on stage.Weak thinking becomes visible quickly, and therefore fixable. If you do not yet have a place to publish, one is set up in the first week. The goal is not presence, but clarity under exposure.

05
One in-person gathering

At the end of 90 days, the group meets in Europe.

who this is for...

People who know they have something serious to say, but have not yet finished saying it.People who feel out of place in a culture of endless commentary.People ready to stop collecting ideas and start producing finished work at a higher standard than the one around them.

who this is not for...

People looking for writing tips.People looking for productivity systems.People who want to observe without producing.People who are not here to write. If you are not writing, you are not in the workshop.

about your guide

Robbert Leusink writes about the structures that formed and sustained European civilisation: craft, institutions, architecture, and daily order. Not as nostalgia, but as method. His work focuses on what made things hold together, and what happens when that continuity is broken. This workshop applies the same principle to writing: work is produced. It is examined. It is judged by the same standard each time.

If you are ready to produce work instead of thinking about producing it:
